All too often, though we are caught in a place where we realize the valuable commodity of time but have no way of knowing what we must do to recover that precious product called time!

4 Steps To Better Time Management and More Time:

1. Organize your space - home and office. Organization is an ongoing process. Make it a continual discipline to find ways to be more organized than you have been before.

Don't condemn yourself for being unorganized. Instead find ways to be better organized this week than last week. Make it a quest to find your best method of organization that is designed for you.

2. Have systems in place to streamline every process. Do you have a system for each process you complete, whether household, parenting or business? Systems are not only the sanity savers but also the success factor of all great business leaders. Design your systems today.

3. Stay focused on the immediate task at hand. Distraction results in wasted time. When you are playing with your kids be completely focused on them. When you are at work hyper-focus on the task you are working on.

4. Use other people's time. Make sure you are not allowing valuable opportunities pass you by. Discover the person who needs to make some quick cash and who could come entertain your kids for a while as you spend time on your business.
